As you will see from my CV, I have a solid reputation for building productive Customer Service, which currently involves working Carlisle Security Services, ReAssure Ltd, Tiger Store and Marks and Spencer.

A great understanding of customer confidentiality. I use my communication skills to build excellent working relationship with Customers and colleagues. I thrive on helping others and my experience in various employment has equipped me to empathise, respect and help Customers whilst providing excellent Customer satisfaction.

I am competent, proactive, adaptable, possess excellent team-playing, time management and problem solving skills.
