I am a postgraduate student at the university of bedfordshire; majored in International human resource managemnet. rececently worked as a customer service at Marks and spencer. My skills include; good customer relationship, approachable, good communication skills, good negotiator and goes the extra mile. Was in charge of the til where i used to interact with people whiles checking out their items and helping them locate what they are looking for at marks and spencer. Was able to work at a fast pace environment and getting the training i needed to complete my task given to me.
