I am a dedicated Urban Planner and GIS Analyst with over three years of experience in designing and managing urban infrastructure projects. My work spans various sectors including stormwater drainage, road development, water body rejuvenation, and sewage treatment, with a strong focus on sustainable and effective urban development.
With a Master of Planning from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, I have developed a solid foundation in planning principles and engineering techniques. My expertise lies in utilizing GIS tools such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD to create detailed project maps, conduct comprehensive data analysis, and prepare Development and Master Plans that align with regulatory standards and community needs.
In my recent role at NCPE Infrastructure India (P) Ltd., I successfully led teams in the implementation of AMRUT 2.0 projects in Manipur, which included 24x7 water supply and water body rejuvenation initiatives. I have also managed complex projects across various ULBs in Telangana and Uttar Pradesh, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Experience
o Storm Water Drainage Improvement: Enhanced stormwater drainage plans in Ayodhya, Mathura, and Lucknow. Responsibilities included site visits, stakeholder meetings, survey coordination, map preparation, catchment calculations, strategy development, presentations, and DPR preparation.
o AMRUT 2.0 Projects: Led a team in collaboration with the Town Planning Department of Manipur to implement 24x7 Water Supply, Rejuvenation of Water Bodies, and Rain Water Harvesting Park projects. Conducted site visits, coordinated with hydraulic and structural design teams, prepared maps, and created presentations and DPRs.
o Road Development and Drainage Networks: Managed projects across various ULBs in Telangana State under TUFIDC. Conducted comprehensive site surveys, GIS mapping, cross-section planning, and meticulous documentation to ensure DPR readiness.
o Rejuvenation of Water Bodies: Directed efforts for water body rejuvenation in Telangana State. Oversaw site surveys, GIS mapping, catchment analysis, and DPR preparation to promote sustainable water management solutions.
o Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs): Conducted extensive research, mapping, and analysis of locations, drainage, and structures to propose STPs in ULBs of Telangana State under SBM, ensuring optimal infrastructure development.
o Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engaged with municipal officials, local residents, and engineering personnel to foster alignment and facilitate successful program execution through effective communication and collaboration.
o Request for Proposal (RFP) Coordination: Coordinated the preparation of RFPs for projects in Ayodhya, UP, and several ULBs in Telangana.
o Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP): Contributed as a core team member in Rajasthan, driving progress on DILRMP. Analysed structured and unstructured data sets to extract valuable insights and inform decision-making processes.
o Map Digitization and Evaluation: Spearheaded the digitization of maps and evaluation of regions, utilizing the Mirror Principle for enhanced accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with provided data sets and current scenarios.
o Onsite Supervision: Supervised extensive onsite work performed by contractors, ensuring strict adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
o Project Documentation: Maintained accurate and actionable daily logs for all project activities, actively enhancing the project knowledgebase on a regular basis.
